Leadership is a key focus of our Sixth Form Programme and you will have lots of opportunities to develop your leadership skills at Oxford High. Throughout Year 12, Perspectives is dedicated to developing leadership either within our school community through Sports Leadership, Young Enterprise, School Magazine or being a Careers Assistant, or via our successful partnerships with local primary schools where you will be able to assist with STEM lessons or running reading groups.

OHS Sixth Formers can also be seen showing leadership across many areas of our day to day school life. That could mean leading a school club or activity, taking duties, guiding visitors, being a Form Assistant for Years 7 to 11, taking responsibility as a Form Leader, serving as a Prefect or House Leader, representing the school on the GDST Student Council, or taking part in peer mentoring. One thing is for certain: however you choose to lead, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to develop skills that will prepare you for university and your future careers.
