Oxford High School is the only school in Oxfordshire to receive the ISI’s coveted rating of ‘Exceptional’ for the quality of students’ learning and academic achievement. As you would imagine, therefore, our students consistently perform to the highest standards at both GCSE and A Level.
A Level
2019 A Level Overview
We were delighted to learn that our 2019 A Level leavers achieved the best results of any girls’ school in the country, with 42% of all grades at A* and 20% of students achieving all A* grades.
Such an achievement pays glowing testimony to the ability and effort of these girls, as well as the capacity of our staff to engage students at the highest levels and encourage them to learn both deeply and broadly.
