We’re so proud of Ammarah and Isabelle (Year 12) for organising a fundraising event during the holidays which will see each of them attempting to run 100 miles in 2 weeks – between 29th March and 12th April. They are raising money for Bridge2Aid, a dental charity which trains rural healthcare workers in Tanzania to provide emergency dental care.
Ammarah and Isabelle welcome any participants in the school community who are willing to join in and run their own 100 miles (or a shorter distance, if preferred!), at whatever time suits them. Participants can sign up here.
The collective distance they are aiming for is 600 miles, which is equivalent to the distance from Oxford to Edinburgh and back!
