The annual Summer Concert took place on June 17th. Performing were the senior orchestra, chamber choir, wind ensemble, flute, clarinet and guitar groups and the Year 5 and Year 6 choirs. Items ranged from Handel’s Water Music to a Brazilian rainforest song, “oompah” music from Bavaria, Welsh folk songs, music from “Carmen” and the heart-warming “No Wars can stop us Singing”, sung with feeling by all the girls in Years 5 and 6.
