Before half term, at our Autumn Celebration, the Junior School performed “Along Came Man” by Lin Marsh. The cantata tells of the devastating effect of humans on our planet, but ends with a message of hope. The girls, from Reception to Year 6, worked very hard to learn the songs in just five weeks. The chamber choir also performed ‘Scarborough Fair’ with Mr Ayres on guitar; Reception delighted us with ‘Fish and Chips’ and Mr Fairbairn provided wonderful percussion. The concert was very well received by parents and guests; Congratulations girls, on a wonderful concert.
