The visit to Kew Gardens linked to the Year 6 topic about Rainforests. Exhibits on display in the huge palm houses at Kew complemented their research into the Brazilian rainforest. Additionally, they enjoyed the wonderful sculptures on display and walked through the treetops on the elevated pathways.
