Year 5 PGL

23 May 2018

Year 5 enjoyed their annual residential trip to PGL Liddington recently where they experienced some fun filled activities. These included abseiling, canoeing and zip wire, to name but a few. Some were designed to test boundaries and build confidence and others to develop team spirit such as the trust they had to have in one another during the sensory walk. Of course the evenings provided opportunities to relax with friends with the disco being a firm favourite. Please visit your daughter’s personal blog on Firefly, for a first-hand account of her experience.

‘the giant swing was terrifying but fun’

‘adrenalin surged through my body as I stepped to the edge’

‘we had to do a challenge when we were abseiling – mine was to swap shoes with my partner’

‘it didn’t feel that bad being away from home because I enjoyed being with my friends’
