This Year, the French play for the Year 7 was entitled ” Le Chateau”. In keeping with the French history theme of French day, this interactive play takes place in the year 1540. A young English Knight, William Babbington, travels to France in search of a beautiful French Mademoiselle. But not for himself, he has been sent by King Henry VIII to find a suitable wife – his fourth! A series of fun adventures ensues in which some of our girls featured as extras. It was great fun all round!
