Last week, we wished our current Year 11 cohort ‘good luck’ for their exams with a day of celebration before their study leave started. As per tradition, they ‘mucked up’ their uniforms with bright colours and interesting embellishments.
Mr Pelling led an assembly which featured a video of staff wishing our students good luck, followed by a whole year group photo for the last time!
Year 11 also had the opportunity to take over the lunch menu, choosing their favourite food to see them through to study leave. They chose the student favourite, southern fried chicken and cheese pizza with chips, as well as a lovely selection of desserts.
To celebrate their achievements in the Senior School, Mr Pelling hosted a ‘Goodbye Tea’ for students and parents. It was a fantastic way to honour our Year 11s.
