‘Who will be crowned the Girls’ Day School Trust’s most active school?’ This was the million-dollar question as the OHS community geared up to take part in the GDST Get Active Competition, which took place between February 1st and March 1st this term.
Running in parallel with our very own Race Across Europe, the competition saw 24 GDST schools competing to clock up the most kilometres of walking, running and cycling as possible, in a bid to climb the leaderboard and be crowned champion.
Following four weeks of intense competition, we are pleased to announce that we finished in fourth place, with an average of 96.21km per person in total. Well done to everyone across the GDST who donned their sports gear and took part, and congratulations to Croydon High School for finishing in first place!
