Well done to India on coming Runner Up in a closely contested GDST Bake Off Final with her Rosa Parks-inspired ‘Heroine’ cupcake. She depicted her vision as a beautiful chocolate cupcake topped with a chocolate rose sitting in a bus with 5 white (rose water) cup cakes. During the Final, she carried out the tasks of making 2 different cupcakes, 2 different toppings and some chocolate work (as well as washing up!) within the 3 hours and managed to secure 2nd place! She rightly secured a wonderful runner up trophy – well done to both India and Issie who also represented OHS in the Final.
