At OHS we are proud of our student leadership opportunities.
We have now elected our Form Leaders who were all invited to collect their Form Leader Badge from Mrs Gardiner Legge during the whole school assembly last week. Each Leader had her name read out in front of the whole school and, after collecting their form badge, received an ‘elbow bump’ from the Headmistress (in lieu of a handshake).
The Form Leader position is an important part of our wider student council, and the leaders play an active role in promoting pupil voice around the school. The Form Leaders have met with members of the Prefect Team where they were asked about the PSHCE provision and other important aspects of school life. Being a Form Leader is a great privilege and we know that our 2021 – 2022 team will do an excellent job during the year ahead.
