Led by the Oxford High Sixth Form Prefects, our inaugural Charities Fair took place this week with a packed Dining Hall of pupils and parents from all three OHS sites (and lots of staff – clearly the lure of cakes and a bargain proved immensely popular!). Many local, national and international charities were represented by form groups from Years 7-13 and the girls raised £1000 for their various causes – with special mention to Form 7O who raised £90 . This was a new departure for the girls as they have previously fundraised for individual charities in their form and year groups at different times throughout the year. Following a debate at the School Council, the students wanted to try a new format and the Charities Fair was born. Well done everybody!
