Our Year 9s are excited to follow the journey of Andy Hodgson and Rosalind Chaston, as they row their way across the Atlantic in aid of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and Blue Marine Foundation.
Andy, Rosalind, and their ocean rowing boat visited OHS to give a talk to our Year 9 students about their journey. In a few months, they will navigate over 3,000 nautical miles across the Atlantic Ocean, all without fresh water and a flushing toilet.
Rowing the world’s second largest ocean, unassisted in a very small boat, is an immense physical and mental challenge of endurance. Everyone at OHS wishes them luck!
