Oxford High School welcomes registrations from overseas students. However, we are a day school and do not offer boarding.
To attend Oxford High School, it is essential that one or both parents will be living with their daughter whilst she is at our school. We cannot consider any kind of homestay or guardianship arrangements for international students as we believe that girls need the support of their families or of a good boarding school at this crucial stage of their education.
We are not licensed by the UK Borders Agency to support UKVI visa applications to enter the UK. For students outside of the EU/EEA we require a copy of the student’s passport and visa before we can offer a place.
We ask overseas applicants to arrange for their current school, their local British Council or a reputable assessment centre to invigilate our entrance exams. All applicants are then virtually interviewed by the Headmistress, the Deputy Head or a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

If you are interested in a GDST school but a boarding place is needed, we recommend that you contact our sister school, The Royal High School Bath, who offer boarding to girls in the Senior School. Their Registrar can be contacted at admissions@rhsb.gdst.net.
