On Tuesday 19th January 2023, a team of Year 8s organised a fantastic concert to celebrate their varied musical talents. From organising the rehearsal schedule to designing the programme, they demonstrated passion and commitment during the event-planning process. This level of dedication made the event a resounding success!
Last night, the Music Hall echoed the beautiful sound of classical and modern music, as our Year 8s confidently performed their solo and duet pieces on a range of instruments. The event line up included:
- Hannah – Allegro, Friedrich Kulau
- Lexi – Victorian Kitchen Garden Prelude, Paul Reane
- Edie – A La Nanita Nana, a traditional Spanish lullaby
- Elizabeth – Count on Me, Bruno Mars
- Anisha – La Solfeggietto, CPE Bach

- Angela – Chanston Triste, Henryk Pachulski
- Emma and Elizabeth – Amazon Grace, John Newton
- Esme – Les Sauvages, Rameau
