On Friday 14th October, our school took part in Just One Tree Day, a charity committed to planting trees to remove CO2 from the atmosphere and reversing lost biodiversity through global reforestation.
The charity supports established reforestation companies planting trees in countries such as Kenya and Madagascar, which have been directly affected by mass deforestation.
Our students contributed by wearing non-uniform and donating £1 each towards the cause. Meaning OHS has contributed toward the planting of more trees!
Our Sixth Formers went the extra mile by planting their own tree on campus.
