Year 5 had another amazing residential trip to PGL Liddington this year where we enjoyed a wide range of activities, some of which were completely new to all of us! Highlights included the infamous Giant Swing, Canoeing and tough team challenges playing Aeroball. We were also lucky enough to experience a two hour treetop trail where we navigated a high ropes course complete with wobbly bridges, slippery platforms and a fantastic zip wire at the end. The girls were brave and adventurous throughout, showing resilience and determination in spite of the periods of driving rain (and occasional hail!) as well as chilly spring temperatures. All of them stepped out of their comfort zones and should feel immensely proud of their achievements. The PGL staff were delighted with their friendly, polite and enthusiastic approach to all of the activities – as were we!
