You may remember, in our last newsletter, we shared the successes of our two Young Enterprise teams in the Oxfordshire County Finals, with Simul winning ‘Best Company Report’ and being announced runners-up, and OAKO being proclaimed the winners and achieving the ‘Company of the Year’ award.
We’re delighted, now, to share the news that both teams have achieved further success earlier this week at the virtual regional finals, with OAKO being named runner-up and Simul winning the Creativity Award. We are so proud of both teams on their hard work and commitment; their success is so well deserved!
As a reminder, Simul provide environmental and sustainable products at affordable prices, ranging from their fantastic card game ‘Posh Doggy’ to the vintage clothes they up-cycle and re-sell. Follow the progress of Simul on Instagram – @simul_youngenterprise
OAKO make a positive impact by being sustainable and educating children about endangered animals. They have created recycled sea glass jewellery and their main product is a book called ‘Colour the Kingdom’, which has many interactive features to teach children about critically endangered animals on our planet. Congratulations to both teams!
