On Friday 29th September, Year 6 travelled to London ExCel for the exciting scientific exhibition called New Scientist Live! While there, Year 6 explored the large array of stands set up by universities, companies and industries. Here, the girls learned about naked mole rats, rockets, robots, virtual reality and many other exciting things. Included in the day was a live link up to the International Space Station. And what’s more, our very own Oxford High girl, Verity Gray, was chosen to ask the astronaut a question! This certainly was an experience to be remembered!
