Year 6 visited Bletchley Park as part of their Modern Woman project. The girls had been focusing on some of the female unsung heroes of the second world war, including Joan Clarke.
This was a fantastic opportunity engage with Bletchley Park’s story, its wider relevance to contemporary history and our own lives today. We all really enjoyed the trip and the chance to test out our own code-breaking skills!
