Year 13 students celebrated their last days in school with a celebration assembly, whole group photograph and, as per tradition, ‘mucking up’ to the theme of childhood!
Muck Up Day
Muck Up Day was a vibrant and joyous occasion filled with laughter and nostalgia. Year 13 students arrived dressed in costumes evoking their childhood or the clothes they find the most comfortable… pyjamas! The school grounds were transformed with colourful decorations and playful pranks.
Strawberry Tea
On Tuesday 14th May, we said good luck with their A Level exams with a selection of sweet treats and drinks in the Atrium. Mrs Gardiner Legge gave a fantastic speech of encouragement, reflecting on their academic achievements, personal growth and friendships they have forged.
During the Strawberry Tea, students had the opportunity to read letters they had written to themselves in Year 7. These letters, penned with optimism for the future, were a poignant reminder of how much they had grown and achieved. There were moments of laughter and tears as students shared their reflections and aspirations from years ago.
We would like to wish our outgoing Year 13 students the best of luck with their A Levels and future careers! We can’t wait to see them return to OHS as alumnae in the future.
