Learning is so much more than just what happens inside the classroom… there’s a myriad of opportunities and experiences out there for our students to enjoy! Last week, there was a combined Geography and Biology trip to the Natural History Museum in London, as well as a Geography trip to FSC Amersham.
On Wednesday 3rd, Year 11 Geography students had a brilliant day at FSC Amersham as they got cracking with fieldwork – their first after a long while! The day quickly went by as the students busied themselves with all sorts of studies and research, such as investigating how the River Wye’s characteristics change downstream.
On the following Friday, Year 9 headed out to the Natural History Museum in London. With the autumn sunshine out, Year 9s had a great time exploring the many striking specimens and fossils on display.
It’s been wonderful to see many of our students going out on trips over recent weeks, and we’re so excited for the next ones!
