On the first day of term, Sixth Form students took part in activities designed to embrace challenge, develop resilience and make new friends.
The Ada Benson Building reverberated rhythmical energy and the deep tones of beatboxing – this was just one of the many activities on offer on Challenge Day. The event traditionally marks the start of the new academic year, and is always full of energy, enthusiasm and enjoyment! It helps students develop resilience, confidence and new, much needed skills for A level study. Other challenges included cryptic crosswords, stage combat, tango, and a capella lessons.
It was great to see students enjoy a leap into the unknown and have a go at something they had never done before. Well done to all involved!
