Many congratulations to Lixuan (8G) and Eylul (7S) who have successfully auditioned for the Junior Royal College of Music and Junior Royal Academy of Music, respectively.
Lixuan and Eylul will now join other OHS pupils who also attend these prestigious music colleges. The junior departments offer tuition to exceptionally talented musicians aged under 18, with students typically attending on Saturdays to receive lessons on their main instrument. They may also be tutored on a second instrument, composition, ensemble playing, and other musical disciplines.
Both conservatoires are outstanding places to develop one’s musical skills, and we very much look forward to hearing more fantastic music from Lixuan and Eylul here at OHS and beyond.
