Many congratulations to Elizaveta who has been selected as one of 100 students from across the UK to join this year’s McKinsey Leadership Academy.
Students are selected based on their ability to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, personal initiative, and teamwork, as well as academic and personal achievements. This exciting programme aims to develop leadership skills and teach participants about management consulting through a mixture of online and in-person events over the next two years.
Through challenging group and individual tasks, and intensive coaching from McKinsey staff, Elizaveta will have the opportunity to build career skills and get practical advice on handling tough interviews.

I hope that in the future this will enable me to have a greater positive influence on the technology sector, while guiding other people to make the most of their potential.
