From June 26th to June 28th 2024, the Drama and Music Departments proudly presented their Lower School musical, Mary Poppins Jr. This delightful adaptation of the award-winning classic brought together the vibrant talents of students from Years 7-9, with a supporting ensemble from across all year groups to form the technical crew, wardrobe and the band.
Mary Poppins Jr. is a condensed version of the beloved musical with music and lyrics by Anthony Drewe and George Stiles. The show tells the enchanting story of Mary Poppins, an extraordinary nanny who transforms the lives of the Banks family with her unique blend of magic, fun, and wisdom.

Behind the scenes, a diligent technical crew managed lighting and sound to create an immersive theatrical experience. The wardrobe team outdid themselves, designing period-appropriate and whimsically imaginative costumes, capturing each character’s essence perfectly.
