From Reception to Year 5 girls enjoyed a variety of activities, whilst our current Year 6 helped staff to organise each event. Cheered on by their parents and teachers, it began with Reception, Year 1 and 2 in the morning who afterwards enjoyed a picnic lunch. During intermittent showers in the afternoon, Years 3, 4 and 5 showed off their sporting prowess, much to the admiration and cheers of those spectating. Year 6 will be competing in events during the senior school sports day before the end of term.
UPDATE……….. Elizabeth Zmitrovich broke the Year 5 high jump record clearing 1.15m. When the totals were added together Yale were declared winners of the Key Stage 2 Sports day.
