Written by Sara & Alexia, Year 7
Recently, myself and the rest of year 7 have had the pleasure of attending a session with Jonathan’s Jungle Roadshow. We had the opportunity to hold and look at many exquisite creatures, such as the Peruvian Pinktoe Tarantula, the Woma Python and the New Caledonian Giant Gecko.
Each of these unbelievable and unique creatures were a whole new and fun experience, as we got to know interesting facts and features about them and their wild nature.
I really enjoyed Jonathon’s jungle roadshow! Along with the animals, Jonathan himself was very friendly and funny, and it was great to see him interact with the animals. I personally am not scared of spiders or snakes, so I got to see all the fun! My personal favourite were the Katydids because we got to hold them and let them climb up our arms.
I really hope that Jonathon can visit us again with more animals! This was an enjoyable and exciting experience, and I would definitely recommend it to the following years.
