The D&T department at Oxford High School recently entered a Furniture Project Competition in Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire organised by The Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers and The British Furniture Education Network. We managed a clean sweep of all awards winning the Year 11 Award, Year 13 Award and the Establishment Award. Alice M. won the Year 11 Award with a beautiful bedside table and Annabelle S. won the Year 13 Award with a pair of exquisite bedside tables in walnut, oak and poplar. Both girls won £50.oo each and the school £200.00 from The Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers.
