This December, for the second year running at OHS, we organised a collection of items to give to the Oxford Food Bank.
To encourage as many donations as possible, each year group (as well as our staff body) was provided with a list of sought-after items, which were diligently sourced and added to boxes placed within each year group ‘bubble’.
Collected yesterday by an Oxford Food Bank representative, the items will now be redistributed to various local charities (including Asylum Welcome and the Gatehouse).
We were delighted by the reception to the call for help: the whole OHS community mobilised to support this worthwhile cause, and we’d like to thank everyone who donated.
