Students Lizzie (year 13) and Bea (year 12) made an impressive mark at the Cheerleading World Championships, which took place in Florida USA between 26th and 29th April. Despite the tough competition, they showcased remarkable skill and determination to get to the finals and ultimately win sixth place overall.
Their squad, made up of 16 girls, competed in the Under 18 Level 5 category – one of the higher levels of difficulty in the sport. Looking ahead, Lizzie, Bea and their teammates are gearing up for another competition at the end of June, which will give them the opportunity to secure a place at the Worlds 2025.
