School Nurse
Full-Time, Term Time Only

£30,000-£40,000 dependent upon experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity. We are looking for a School Nurse to become an integral part of the pastoral system of the school, as well as dealing with the injuries, illness, and general well-being topics that life in a girls school can raise. Empathy with young people and an understanding of their emotional well-being is essential. The ability to work closely with students, parents, outside agencies as well as the Senior Leadership Team, Form Tutors and Year Heads will be a vital part of this role and therefore good communication skills, combined with discretion and a sensitive approach, will be essential to succeed within this position.

The School Nurse also delivers part of the PSHCE programme across all Year groups in the Senior School and covers a variety of topics. Experience of school-based practice will be a definite advantage.
