Our Future Ready programme is the first phase of our all-through Life Ready journey. The journey begins in Reception and lays the foundation for the skills, mindset and character our girls will carry with them through Senior School and beyond.

Rooted in our commitment to limitless learning, this programme empowers girls from Reception to Year 6 to explore their passions, build practical life skills and grow in resilience, independence and self-belief.
Through a wide-ranging series of age-appropriate challenges, everything from writing letters and baking to budgeting, debating and community action, our pupils earn badges that celebrate their progress and individuality.
We’ve reimagined homework to make space for this kind of growth. Because here, learning isn’t confined to the classroom, it’s found in gardens, kitchens, conversations and creative expression.
This is where girls learn to lead, collaborate and show up unapologetically as themselves.

Why it Matters
In a fast-changing world, academic success alone isn’t enough. Girls need to be adaptable, emotionally intelligent and equipped with the life skills to thrive. The Future Ready Programme gives them exactly that, space to explore, freedom to fail safely and the confidence to lead.
