Let’s Get Moving!

Kat McGonigie (Director of Sport) has shared with us her friend’s exercise videos for the enjoyment of both parents and staff.

Hat Hewitt who has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports Therapy, has now moved her workouts onto an online platform.

Hat specialises in mobility and rehabilitation and provides two different types of workouts:

  1. For those who do competitive sports – designed to make our bodies more mobile and reduce the risk of  injury while increasing performance
  2. For the recreational exerciser – designed to make our bodies more mobile; ensuring less stiffness, fewer joint problems, aches, and pains as we go through life, and generally making our bodies healthier!

With Hat’s experience playing rugby for Saracens in the Women’s Premiership, being part of the Ireland Women’s Rugby training team, and now being an elite Crossfit athlete, these programmes are highly sought-after.
