Girls at Oxford High School will be the leaders of the future. Opportunities exist across the whole of school life. Leadership experience and life skills can be gained from being a Sports Leader helping to coach and mentor the younger players, to being a SHINE outreach mentor, or entering the challenging Duke of Edinburgh programme or joining our CCF squads who regularly test themselves in both physical and intellectual training exercises outside of school.
Leadership is a key focus of our Sixth Form Programme and you will have lots of opportunities to develop valuable leadership and teamwork at Oxford High. These can range from Sports Leadership, Duke of Edinburgh,Young Enterprise, running a school club or activity, being a Peer Mentor or Form Assistant for Years 7 to 11, taking responsibility as a Form Leader, Prefect or House Leader or representing the school on the GDST Student Council.
